Using Skill Channel Link
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the platform, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the skills you offer.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Teaching and learning
Members contract directly with each other. Skill Channel Link provides the marketplace, scheduling and (where enabled) payment handling, but is not a party to the lesson itself.
Payments
Where paid sessions are enabled, prices, platform fees and taxes are shown before you confirm. Payments are handled by a regulated payment provider; we never store raw card details.
Cancellations and refunds
Each listing carries its own cancellation policy, subject to the platform Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Don't post content you don't have the rights to.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of members or the outcome of a session.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
