Accounts and access
Every account is email-verified before it can be used. Your data is protected by row-level database rules: only you can edit your profile and your listings, and private data is never readable by other members.
Public by choice
Your profile is only visible to others while you choose to make it public. Email addresses are never exposed.
Reporting and moderation
Reporting and moderation tooling covers profiles, listings, messages, reviews and community content, with warnings, hidden content and suspension as outcomes.
Verification
Verification badges will always state exactly what was checked — an email, an identity document or a credential — and never imply more than that.
Payments
When paid sessions are enabled, payment is handled by a regulated provider. Card numbers never touch our systems.
Video sessions
Video sessions are private to the booked participants. There is no automatic recording; any future recording will require explicit consent from everyone in the call.
Meeting in person
For in-person sessions, meet in a public place first, tell someone where you're going, and keep arrangements in platform messages.
